An action RPG set in the realities of fantasy, created in cooperation between the Polish company CI Games and the team of the German studio Deck13.
A dynamic action RPG aimed at mature players. The gameplay focuses on combat, developing character traits, completing equipment and exploring the environment. Great emphasis has been placed on adapting the mechanics and plot to our individual style of play.
Tomasz Gop, co-creator of The Witcher, was involved in the production, who left CD Projekt RED shortly after the release of the second part of Geralt's adventures. Gop acted as an executive producer and also developed the details of the gameplay mechanics and the overall concept of the game. The lion's share of the project was done by the German studio Deck 13.
The world presented in the production is an ancient land where thousands of years earlier humanity rebelled against the tyranny of the god and managed to kill him. His body gradually turned into a mountain range separating the north, inhabited by the mage-priest civilization, from the south, home to the warriors.
The player chooses from three classic character classes - warrior, mage and assassin. In addition, each hero has the option to follow the path of magic or combat training (or a combination of both). The ratio of the two factions in the game to the protagonist depends on our choice. Depending on the tactics chosen, we also get various items. An enemy defeated magically will drop a spell or artifact, while an enemy killed with a conventional weapon will drop a weapon or armor.
