Typical 4-3 scenario is

1. DPS til big clash (It's important because the more time you spent the more gauge will be wasted so you can't use kadan at the end)
2. Use Kadan sidereal at big clash and burst
3. Deal with Full gauge without sidereal and play safely
4. 1 Domain expansion
5. Use Offensive Kadan and clear it

But if you failed to manage the gauge (Like not stop dpsing before x105 or fail to skip full gauge with watching cutscene) You will start 4-3 phase with full gauge mech then different approach is recommended like this.

You still can deal with full gauge without kadan at the start but your group are most likely to experience 2 full gauge mech so using offensive kadan at first full gauge mech is more reasonable in term of keeping up dps.
