Lost Ark Gameplay Walkthrough In 2023 - First Impressions (Is It Worth It?)
12I finally sat down to do a gameplay walkthrough of Lost Ark in April 2023 to give my first impressions of the game and decide whether or not it's worth sinking some more time into.
After the prologue, my first impressions of the Lost Ark gameplay is perhaps 5 or 6 out of 10 so far. I'm left with a sour taste in my mouth regarding the atrocious writing and dialogue and extremely generic story (chosen one, prophecy, blah blah blah), but the world building and cut scenes are quite beautiful, and there's enough of a tease of a great story behind the Arks that it left me wanting to play more.
Ultimately, I did find this game to be worth it at least for the short term, and I'll be doing a more in-depth Lost Ark gameplay walkthrough review later on after I've had some time to sink my teeth into the game beyond simply the prologue. Stay tuned for my official review coming later!
