Don't make the mistake I made! Yet to see a single Lost ark creator warn about this. Still a little unsure but this seems to trigger by accepting the final reward despite having other challenges incomplete.

Edit: After I posted this video it came to light this reward system was removed in July for new accounts and replaced with the Ark pass so this will be a niche, but will leave it up in case it helps any returning player from launch like me who still had it active and incomplete on their account.

So most people should probably push end game especially in light of the lower tiers now being more difficult to queue for. Still really worth doing imo and will give you significant bonus rewards for content you are probably going to do anyway. I would say at the very least pick and choose the challenges that give you the good rewards before moving forward.
