Play 8 cards in the same round. #PlayStationTrophy
This combat-related trophy requires you to play 8 cards in the same round. The only problem here is that you can only carry up to 5 cards per round. The only way to do so is to buy/collect 3 Game Master Cards. This allows you to draw a new card and if a board game piece is present, it moves one additional tile.
You can add your new Game Master cards from the main menu by removing cards from your deck and adding new ones. You can only have up to 15 cards in your deck.
This is best done when you get 2-3 pins from Mannie's Dex Shop. He will give you each pin when you buy enough cards as a reward. Pins will allow you to keep the cards you want from this round till the next by pressing Down. Do so until you have 3 Game Master Cards in your hand.
Additional cards that can help make this trophy easier:
Dice Wielder's Boon: Blessed by the dice wielders of old, the cost of each card in Even's hand is decreased by 1 card token.
Lucky Draw: The unpredictable-yet sometimes generous "dicemensions" hand out 1 token to even.
Once you have 3 Game Master cards, use them and then use the other 5 cards (3 are received from using 3 Game Master cards and the 2 already in your hand) in the same round.
The last chance to get this trophy is while fighting the queen as the final boss in this game, this will be the last chance to add the Game Master cards to your deck and keep trying till you have/save all 3 in your hand to play them and receive new cards in return making you play a total of 8 cards in one round.
