**** SPOILER ****
In Fourburg you will meet Seemore again who will repair Dicey and tell you about Ooma, the witch that can help Dicey throw a 5 and become stronger. Even then goes to a rug reader who requests three threads so that you can get a meeting with the witch. Each thread is obtained from helping three civilians in Fourburg. Collect all these threads and return to the rug reader, who will disappear. The witch will then meet you and upgrade Dicey.
The threads that you need to collect are:
The purple thread, when you save someone who's done you harm and say that everyone deserves a second chance.
The blue thread, when you help someone make peace with your past and in doing so, find a new motivation for the present.
The red thread, when you help someone recover from losing himself/herself to someone else. We have to be our own people, no matter how much we idolize someone.
