The first dice door to open is the door to Threedom in Two-Town and to do so, you need to upgrade Dicey to throw a three.
For this to happen, you need to defeat Rayom, the mayor's 2nd personality who is keeping Seemore's eyes. Defeat Rayom and bring the eyes back to Seemore to upgrade Dicey with your pips so that he can throw a three and unlock the door to Threedom.
In doing so, you will leave Two-Town for good, so make sure that you have got all the collectibles and finished all the side missions before you give the eyes back to Seemore.
Rayom's boss battle is divided into three parts:
1 ) Hitting his hands while collecting crystals off his body to unlock weapons. Rayom will hit you with his hands, so use the dash button to pass through his attacks.
Rhyme battles, involving completing his sentences to do damage to his health in between fighting sequences.
2 ) Rayom will go upside down while calling enemies to fight you, Kill all the enemies to go to the next fight sequence.
3 ) In the last part, Rayom will hit you with his hands again, but this time, he will call the queen's minions to join the fight as well. Avoid his attacks by dashing and hitting his hands while killing the surrounding enemies.
