In Two-Town you will need to help Seemore find his missing eyes to help Dicey throw a three and open the gates to Threedom. To do so, you have to go meet the mayor of Two-Town and ask for Seemore eyes back, but his eyes are stored with his second personality attached to his hat upside down.
As you go to meet his 2nd split personality, a character called Royam agrees to give you the eyes back if you help him with his opening poem about his new moon constructed from metal parts. After helping him, Royam tricks you and you will end up fighting him in a boss fight until he can no fight no longer and returns inside the mayor's hat, who gives you Seemore's eyes. After this, the trophy will unlock.
