1. Eat better food with HP, Defence and Regeneration (something I did not do)
2. Create Lightning magic with Venom (I think higher venom level increases probability of inflicting poison not just damage)
3. (i) Have someone equip Bioblaster (Prompto).
3. (ii) If you've been to Lestallum, also equip Noct and Ignis with Assassin's Dagger
4. Spam Venom magic and poison attacks to kill Aramusha
5. Keep your health up, his attacks hurt
