Passive - Maximize use of healing aura/boost, play back and safe
Aggro - Maximize use of speed aura/boost, get into the fight
In addition we have the hybrid style, a combo of both

Positioning:
Abuse Lucio's extremely high mobility capabilities. Be as annoying as possible when fighting, move unpredictably/get into good positions to disrupt/peel off enemies.
