This team is quite demanding that Argus needs to sustain her Debuff, Vila needs to ensure her buff is active, hence it's best you use the Tuning that resets rather than generating precast. However this will reduce Lucy's dmg output.

In this set-up, your main unit to focus on is still Vila and Argus is mainly there to renew her debuff, and Mercuria is just standing there to provide dmg dealt.

If you want to go for incantation, then Mercuria needs to play a more active role to buff the party as her buff grants an additional 4 stacks of Cosmic Energy, which she will not be able to achieve 16 stacks without it. *In a fight (2nd battle) where there is no minion to kill, it's difficult for the Lucy + Mercuria team to reach 16 stacks of Cosmic Energy.

I find Jiu Argus Mercuria and TF to be better in fights like these compared to Lucy Argus Mercuria and Vila.
