Previously, the party found Cooper in the Old Cave and returned in to Professor Lexis Shaia. They must now seek seven pieces of Alumina. Cooper has advised them to seek the advice of a man named Brant in Linze to the north of the Tower of Light. To get past the Tower of Light, they must now battle the tower's boss for the key.

After sailing and walking, they arrive at the Tower of Light (time 6:11). They have already raided the tower to get the Might Helmet at the top, which disappears if they come here after the events in Bakku.

First, they head upstairs to the second floor with the northwest stairs (time 6:22).

Then, they head into the southern room (time 7:16). Within, they take the stairs to the third floor (time 9:06).

On the third floor, they take the northeast stairway to the fourth floor (time 10:29). They circle around south, west, and north.

In the north-central room, they go up to the fifth floor (time 11:21). Right away, they ascend to the sixth floor.

To the southwest, they take the stairway to the seventh floor (time 12:03).

Then, in the north of the seventh floor, they take the stairs to the eighth floor (time 14:19). Right away, they ascend to the ninth floor, the top.

On the ninth floor, they find the tower boss, the Guardian (time 14:34). He is chanting for Amon's revival! We can't let that happen, can we? The Guardian employs multi-targeting elemental spells, Blizzard and Flame. He will also try to suck out MP with an Absorb. Hopefully, this hits Aguro. He will also lower the party's physical defense, which makes absolutely no sense.

Hopefully, at least Lufia knows Boost at this point, which she learns at Level 27. It will help if Jerin knows Boost, too; she learns it at Level 28. Jerin and/or Max may need to help out with single-target healing. Increasing the protagonist and Aguro's attack power with Power Gourds will help out.

After the battle, the party will learn that they were too late (time 20:20). The Sinistral Amon has awakened! Drat. Gades shows up, too. Unfortunately, the party is not yet strong enough to take them on. After the Sinistrals disappear, the party will review what they must do.

In the chest to the north, they find the Light Key (time 24:30).

After dropping out of the tower, they can easily go in the front door again (time 24:35).

In the north, they find the door that takes the Light Key (time 27:00). After they exit, they can proceed on to Linze.

Linze is a short walk north and east (time 27:14). In this town, they learn that Brant has headed to the caves on Gayas Island to seek Alumina. Looks like the party gets to go after him.

The shelf in the equipment shop contains an Escape (time 29:18). The weapon shop has the Great Axe, not a bad upgrade for the men. The armor shop seems to have nothing new.

The route to Gayas Island starts in the eastern house on the plateau (time 31:20). After going downstairs, they can find a hidden Ex Magic in the southeast (time 31:36).

Then, they go down to the second basement (time 31:41). The man along the red passageway has a useful hint.

There are three chests in the red passageway (time 32:08). They contain a Swing Wing, Dragon Egg #6, and a Sweet Water.

Next, the party will undertake the seventh and final level of the Old Cave. It is available with at least one party member at Level 30.
