This is the last quarter of the game.

I would like to note, that as the power turns off, special Blue Ghosts appear in certain rooms (Which spawn loads of money when you catch them), I forgot which ones they were, however you can find them in the cheats section on gamefaqs.

I got insanely lucky on the special ghost, he was vulnerable right as I opened the door and entered the room. I have never seen this happen before. Normally I just stand a little ways away from him with my back turned until he shows his weak spot (the heart) then you just attack him.
