Lukozer Retro Game Review 219 - Thrust 2 - Commodore 64
My review of the C64 game Thrust 2, released by Firebird in 1988. Possibly the most staggeringly huge heap of shit you could ever inflict upon your Commodore 64... Gary Penn (graphics) and Ubik (music) proudly put their name to this despite the graphics being among the worst I have ever seen on the C64 and the "music" being nothing but an unbearable noise that is without doubt the worst piece of music I have EVER heard on any computer. Meanwhile the gameplay simply doesn't exist as the physics, which were great in the first game, are now complete shit out of a dog's arse... and what the FUCK does the loading screen (a C64 rendering of the Salvador Dali painting The Persistence Of Memory) have to do with any aspect this game??? This game is as wanky as the first Thrust game was good...
