For this non-Crusader Kings series, I will be playing the Stainless Steel 6.4 mod for Medieval 2: Total War, playing as... the Crusader States. Hmm. Historically, the various petty kingdoms and principalities set up in the wake of the Crusades were eroded away by the sea of Islam they had been established in, but not this time! The Fatamid Egyptians and the Seljuk Turks will fall beneath the swords of the Crusaders!
