Macintosh: Codename "Kraken" was an attempt made by Apple Computers Inc. to try to bring the then-in-development Codename "Rhapsody" to older models, specifically the 86K Processor lines and early PPC models as well. Not much is known about the Codename OS other than that it was used for bug-testing purposes and was very unstable. It was never completed and to this day is one of the least known Apple Codename OS's ever developed. Talk about disappointment.
