Mad Nurse is a simple, budget-price, arcade-style game originally released for Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum by Firebird -- though the ZX Spectrum version seems to be a bit more well-known these days. It's a delightfully fun game all about dead babies and the prevention thereof.
