The narrative follows Enzo Favara who journeys from a childhood of indentured labor as a carusu in Sicily's sulfur mines to joining Don Torrisi, the head of the Torrisi crime family.
Mafia: The Old Country is a third-person linear, narrative-driven game set in cinematic environments. This brings the game more in alignment with Mafia and Mafia II but still maintaining the open-world orientations.
Mafia: The Old Country is a 2025 action-adventure game developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K. It takes place before the events of the first game and is the fourth main entry in the Mafia series.
