Developed by Mythos Games and published by Virgin Interactive Entertainment in late 1998 in Europe and by Bethesda in 1999 in North America, "Magic and Mayhem" is a strategy/RPG game designed by Julian Gollop of X-Com series fame. It featured combining magical componants with talismans to create different spells as well as a soundtrack created by "Afro Celt Sound System" and charming stopmotion cinematics.


We begin the game as a young magician called Cornelius who embarks on a journey to find and become his uncle Lucan's apprentice.
