"Magical Hat no Buttobi Turbo! Daibouken es un juego de 1990 para Sega Mega Drive desarrollado por VIC Tokai y publicado por Sega para vincularse con la serie de anime Magical Hat de Studio Pierrot. Si bien este juego nunca se lanzó fuera de Japón, su historia, gráficos, diseños de niveles y música se cambiaron a los de Decap Attack.

El juego es un juego de plataformas en el que el jugador controla a Hat a través de varios niveles de desplazamiento lateral. Los niveles constan de tres rondas, que contienen muchos enemigos y peligros que pueden dañar o matar a Hat, así como elementos para recolectar. Hat debe encontrar la salida a cada ronda. En la última ronda de cada nivel, Hat debe encontrar un tesoro especial para restaurar la isla y derrotar a un jefe."
