Dumplings for breakfast always HIT so good!

Usually I make my dumplings in the air fryer, but recently I reverted back to pan frying and the dumpling skirt came out soooooo good!

Here’s how to make the dumpling skirt:

- Start pan frying your dumplings from frozen (no need to thaw) in a lightly oiled non stick pan, until the bottoms start to become golden

- mix 3 teaspoons cornflour and 1.5 cups of cold tap water in a glass and pour over the dumplings. (Depending on how many dumplings you’re cooking and how big your pan is you may need more or less of this mixture)

- cover the pan with a lid and let the dumplings steam for around 5 mins

- remove the lid and let the remaining moisture evaporate out of the dumpling skirt until it becomes golden and crispy

- DON’T scrape the pan or move the dumpling skirt until it starts lifting back from the pan by itself

- once you can shake the pan and the dumpling skirt is loose from the pan, flip the entire pan upside down onto a plate!
