Every link will be located on https://docs.google.com/ with download button.
Default link Google will always scan a file with anti-virus before you start downloading it, but if file is big for AV, you can still make Direct Download Link from Google Drive, or if you have some other reason, like fake virus, or real virus, you can make Direct Download Link without AV scan.

Replace "CODE" with ID from docs.google.com download link, for example "0B5yF0nxUz_sRTjk3SHk2c1RWelU", for my test link. For example:

Also if you wanna browser to opet instantly some file, like HTML, PNG, JP(E)G, etc., just delete "download" from link, and Google will not force it to download.

-You can use HTTP/HTTPS if you like it. (http://... or https:// for secure connection)
-You can use www. between :// and drive.google if you like it.
-Change CODE to ID of file like in previuos versions.
