The main aim of the Age of empires 4 english dark age villager rush build order is to go forward early with villagers and use their bows to attack enemy villagers and to deny the enemy of their resources, specifically gold, by making walls around them or building some outposts. This english build order is a high risk,high reward strategy that will cause the enemy to have a lot of idle time, lose access to resources and lose villagers themselves. You should be able to advance to the feudal age at 7-8 minutes and then spam longbowmen.
