Located in Nairobi, Kenya is the Kibera Slum, the largest slum in Africa, and the second largest slum in the world, where a million of Nairobi’s poorest residents live in shacks built of cement blocks, tin, or scraps of wood, without running water or electricity.

In this slum, our Center has been providing support to a school, the Briton School, providing uniforms, school fees, textbooks, school supplies, and feeding programs for the children who attend.

On Wednesday, November 17th at 7pm, Rev Claire Summerhill will present MAKING A DIFFERENCE, ONE CHILD AT A TIME. See the exciting difference CSLGLV has made and continues to make for children in Kibera, and learn what you personally can do to create a world that works for everyone and all of creation.
