In this special build episode we give our falchion sword a pommel!

Ilya Starts by forging the pommel underneath the nazel 2b power hammer. First squaring the material then using a hot cut tool to divide the material into 3 parts which starts the foundation of our fleur de lis shape. Hey then does some final shaping on the Iron Kiss Power and hammer and than its off to the lathe to drill a whole in the center and the last step before grinding the pommel to shape is putting a slot in the foot of the pommel on the vertical mill.

Matt then takes over and start shaping the pommel on many different grinders and contact wheels demonstrating the power of stock removal.
