Making a quiet PC quieter, by using expensive fans and a purple pool noodle

I recommend watching the above videos for a little bit of context; some things may seem weird otherwise.
We take the already rather hacked up Fractal Define R5 that lives in my office, and install about $200 worth of air cooling gear in it. Of course, it's not about the price, but how you use it, so we also install a tactical pool noodle, and some cut up pieces of recycled plastic to make the air flow where we want it to.
The result is a PC that I deem acceptably quiet.
The fans used are Noiseblocker NB-B14-1
The GPU heatsink is an Accelero S3
The CPU heatsink is a Rajintek Ereboss
The (remains of the) case is a Fractal Define R5.
