Making of the Mongrel Folk formerly Known as Mongrelman for D&D
Upon a viewer request Nerdarchy is exploring the Mongrel Folk as a player race from previous editions of dungeons and dragons for 5e. I think among our D&D group this race has always been a fan favorite. Mongelmen have always been the underdogs of D&D which I think our group gravitates towards. They offer a wide variety of role-playing opportunities with their oddness. They fit right into our Beggar King deity in our home brew D&D campaign setting. Feel free to weigh in in the comments below on how you feel about a monstrous race like the mongrel folk in your game.
