Ingredients:
- skim milk
- gummy bears

1. Place the gummy bears in a small pot over medium heat and pour in just enough water to cover a single layer of them.
2. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the gummy bears dissolve and the syrup thickens slightly.
3. Set syrup aside to cool for 10 minutes.
4. Stir desired amount of syrup into milk and... enjoy?
