This is the current state of Coreland's Cyber Tank in MAME, which was due for release in 1988 but failed it's location test.

The last few days have seen me make significant improvements to the emulation, and while there is clearly still a long way to go (especially evident with the Sprite rendering) this video should help you get a better idea of the level of progress.

There isn't really much information out there about the game, and I've never seen any original footage of it running to compare against.
