This is Maneater, it came out in may of 2020. In Maneater you play as a shark, eat to grow stronger and challenge bosses to gain new abilities. This gorgeous game is very gory but a lot of fun while you travel through its expansive map and unlock secretes.

Sorry about the late upload, I had some issues but they are resolved now
