I ran into a strange bug during my playthrough of Mall. A Hunter fell to his death during the "hidden" section of the level. This triggered a unique developer message that warned about the event breaking level scripts, and sure enough, it later ended in a game crash when I used the doll item. I thought it deserved its own showcase.
