Found an old forum post from 2007 that claimed you can use Codebreaker to uncensor the retail PS2 version of Manhunt 2. The post included codes for various censorship levels and being the degenerate I am, I had to test the "Fully Nonfiltered Gore Mode". Surprisingly, it worked and the result is pretty brutal.

Here are the codes if you'd like to try it yourself (assuming you have a copy of Manhunt 2 and a Codebreaker Disk). You have to make a new listing for the game since it isn't on the preloaded list of games and then add in and enable the codes.
