Manjaro Linux is based on Arch, but rather than being a DIY system where you manually configure config files, Manjaro comes with an easy to use GUI installer which pre-configures yours system and installs drivers.
It was one of the simplest Linux installers that I’ve used, it was actually easier to install than Ubuntu.
