YES! You can absolutely defeat the Black Mage and solo all liberation bosses with Unique gear. Please take a look at my liberation journey playlist, where I use this gear setup. My hope is that this journey inspires players to know that liberation is possible with Unique gear, which you can often obtain 100% Unique Potential Scrolls through Maple Events

I was inspired to play a second character after seeing others doing sub 40k stat liberation. Originally, my goal is to be equipped with a mix of 19-22 star Unique gears, aiming for 40k Stats without AuF. However, thanks to some luck (like not booming Kanna ring, among others), I ended up with full 22 star and getting 4 Legendary equips. But I am pretty much a U/E player

*Q1) What is your true stats - not including AuF?*
My current Authentic Force level adds 3.9k stats. So my true stats is at 44k stats, with max arcane symbols.

*Q2) What are those equips at the side?*
These are Totems, which were released in MSEA during the Savior patch. You can equip up to three Totems, but they cannot obtain potential. At the moment, I'm missing one Totem slot as I'm waiting for the next Misty Island Totem to be released. I used my first Totem for my Pathfinder.

*Q3) Is it important to have Legendary pot on WSE?*
While WSE do provide a significant boost to Final Damage, having them at Legendary pot isn't necessary. If you can afford it, a L/L Secondary from the market is a good upgrade, but if not, U/E WSE with two lines of potential is very much good enough.

*Q4) Is 22 star important?*
It’s not necessary but it is helpful. Each star above 17 provides additional Weapon Attack, so having fewer stars means missing out on that. My opinion is that 19 star is the minimum, and it will require a higher level of skill on your part.

Gearing is primarily about making boss fights more manageable by killing the boss faster, which reduces the risk of dying out. However, it's worth noting that better gameplay and better understanding of the boss mechanics is more impactful and will make a bigger difference in your ability to defeat bosses.

*Q5) Is that a 36% Str mpot Dom Pendant !?*
Yes I know please ignore it haha. It was a good trade and I had to deal. May downgrade this to a U/E pendant in the future.

*Q6) Is liberation easier now ?*
YES! Liberation has become easier due to changes and improvements made to the boss mechanics. These changes have made the bosses in the liberation quest more manageable, which has made the overall quest easier to complete than it used to be. You can find the changes here,

*Q7) What bosses can you solo and how difficult is it?*
I recently completed Lotus liberation quest and defeated him in 8 minutes, despite a 20% damage reduction. That is really strong and at a very comfortable timing. I am confident that it wouldn’t be too hard to solo all bosses besides Hard Serene, Black Mage and Kalos.

*Q8) What are your future gearing plans?*
I don't intend to gear past U/E, with that, I have pretty much hit the limit of what my character can be equipped with. Some minor upgrades I could do are better scrolling on my accessories, pet equips, stat scrolls on armor, and getting 2 lines of addpot on equips. However, I would like to focus on leveling Hexa Skills which increases the most Final Damage. Additionally, if I were to reach Level 285 and max out my AuF Force, this would increase my stats by 11.1k. I could potentially reach 60k stat as a U/E player, which is really sick

*Q9) What about your Heart?*
Nothing of value available. No Outlaw Heart and all other Hearts are untradeable

*Q10) Should you go Dark Boss pieces?*
No, no, and absolutely not! Dark Boss equipment should be avoided at all costs if you're on a budget. The only exception might be the Will Book and Black Heart combination and opt for Dawn Boss equips. Dboss gear is expensive and resource intensive, making it a poor choice if you're trying to stay within a budget. Unless you're looking to become a legendary player and have the resources to upgrade it to a 22 star with Legendary 27-30% mpot, you should not
