I wanted to upload this video before uploading my final minutes playing this game.

Let's be real. Almost nobody is gonna watch the whole video and I'm not expecting anyone to. It's way too long. Although MapleStory 2 fans might watch the whole video for nostalgia. ;)
I edited out the boring stuff. Nobody wants to watch that. :P

As the game's North America East server is gonna be permanently shut down on May 27, 2019 at 10:15 am PDT (1:15 pm EDT), I decided to experience a little bit of this game before it goes away forever. Unlike Bless Online, I hadn't been following the news for MapleStory 2 at all. I wasn't interested in MapleStory 2 whatsoever.

Times of each global (western) server shutting down:
South America - 9:30 am PDT (12:30 pm EDT)
Oceania - 9:45 am PDT (12:45 pm EDT)
Europe - 10:00 am PDT (1:00 pm EDT)
NA East - 10:15 am PDT (1:15 pm EDT)
NA West - 10:30 am PDT (1:30 pm EDT)

The game's website, forums, Discord server, and Facebook page will all be closed at 11:00 am PDT (2:00 pm EDT).

Only the global (western) MapleStory 2 servers and the Japan MapleStory 2 servers are permanently shutting down. The original Korea server and the China server will still be up and running.

But when I saw a video that MapleStory 2 was announced to be permanently shutting down, I knew I had to try this game out when it's an established IP.
I made my first character on Tuesday, one day before its shut down date. I didn't want to spend a lot of time on a dead game. lol

P.S. I didn't care so much about anything in this game when it's permanently shutting down in a few days. lmao

Unlike Bless Online which I was expecting it to shut down, I'm neutral about MapleStory 2's shut down.
I did some research and the game had its problems. People mentioned the game was crap because of the insane grind to upgrade gear at endgame, weekly caps of playing dungeons (which meant gear progression was screeched to a halt once the limit is reached), and the excessive RNG as well. Grinding for hours and hours upon end and not being properly rewarded due to the weekly caps and horrible RNG caused many players to quit and that ultimately killed the game.
