5My first review of 2016 YAY for this I take a look at Mario & Luigi Paper Jam for the Nintendo 3DS and give you my thoughts on it
Pro
Very good graphics (very colorful indeed)
Love the crossover idea (combining gameplay elements the Paper Mario and the Mario & Luigi series)
Fun easy to use gameplay mechanics pause the game let’s try out the mechanics so you get a good feel of and help you get a better understanding of it
good uses of the Amiibo (No gated/lockout contents. you can access special cards by using the Amiibo or buy them through the in game currency).
Con
Story not the big sell point for the Mario RPG (Don’t expect a Final Fantasy or Tales or Diablo story. You’ll won’t find it here).
Gameplay doesn’t bring a whole lot of new things (Some stuff here and there but nothing that I saw that would shake up the formula)
Finding the Paper Toads might annoy some people because you need them to advance the story
