Custom Mario Kart's Overview: Seaside Resort is a 1-lap custom track by LuigiM. It contains professional stuff like animations, shadows, good cameras and other stuff. This track was one of the first to incorporate the proper underwater style racing element introduced in Mario Kart 7.

The track is made by LuigiM. It has a seaside theme. The track is complete with working minimap, intro and CPU AI. The track is easy to understand because it is straight forward. There are Goombas, Sidesteppers and Swoopers. The background is bright and has hills and a rainbow. Overall this is a great track.
