Custom Mario Kart's Overview: 'Thunder City is one of the first tracks to be created with the CTools BRRES Editor. It features objects such as cars that drive along a public road, a banked wooden pier and a giant bridge. Buildings, houses and trees are also present. This is BigOto2's ninth released custom track, and it took about three months of on-and-off development.'

The track is made by BigOto2. It has a city theme. The track is complete with working minimap, intro and CPU AI. The track is easy to understand because the track is straight but they are places where you can fall off. There are Goombas some in and out of the road, vehicles from Moonview Highway and Coconut Mall and crates. The background is similar to N64 Skyscraper. It has buildings and houses too. Overall this is a great track.
