Custom Mario Kart's Overview: 'Windmill Village is the follow-up to the track Windmill Isle. Despite this, this track is not influenced by the stage Apotos from Sonic Unleashed like the previous version; it was completely remade as a separate, new custom track. The track was created after the creator felt the first version was not up to track standards, although it bears some similarities to the first version.'

The track is made by ChaosShadow23. It has a village and water theme. The track is complete with working minimap, intro and CPU AI. The track is simple to understand because the track is straight forward. There are crates. The background is blue with white clouds. Overall this is a great track.
