Mario Kart Wii Multiplayer Gameplay in 2025 on PC! (Dolphin Netplay)
8Thanks to the sheer power of the Wii emulator Dolphin, Mario Kart Wii is now playable online with friends on PC! That is simply amazing considering the fact that Mario Kart Wii has always been a Wii Exclusive title. You can host up to 12 players in a lobby but the race in this gameplay only has me and one other partner. Mario Kart Wii can also be expanded with a mod known as Retro Rewind which is a custom track distribution created by ZPL. It features every retro track from Super Mario Kart to Mario Kart 7, as well as some Mario Kart 8, Mario Kart Tour and Mario Kart Arcade GP tracks. As of v6.1.3, it also contains a custom track distribution with 80 original designs, with the option to show these in-track selection screens being accessed in the in-game settings.
