Normally, draw_demo's textures look corrupted. As it turns out, this is because all of the texture files in draw_demo are stored in an early version of the texture format (TEX0 v2 instead of v3).
By converting draw_demo's v2 textures to v3, we can make the game parse the texture data correctly, and finally witness draw_demo as it's supposed to look like!

The best part is that, once all the textures are converted to v3, they become byte-to-byte identical to those from loser_demo, the version of Mario Circuit that is loaded when a Grand Prix / VS Race / Battle is lost.
Since every other visual file (models, animations, texture animations, etc) is identical to their counterparts from loser_demo, this means that draw_demo is supposed to look EXACTLY, 1:1 just like loser_demo! Which is already interesting, since loser_demo is actually an early version of Mario Circuit.
