The rules for this run were:
1. You can only capture the 15 total captures required to beat the game.
2. You can only buy the first power moon in each area.
3. No amiibos.
4. No 2P mode.
A capture is classified as anything that would add to your "captured creatures list" if you hadn't already captured that thing.

I went over every moon and the rest are not collectible with my current knowledge of the game. Glitches found later may make some of them collectible. So far no glitches were used to collect any of these unless you count getting the Pokio to fall off the ledge shown in this video.
--SPOILERS BELOW THIS POINT--
The spark pylon you "capture" as Bowser at the end of the game isn't counted, since it's basically a cutscene that doesn't work anything like a normal capture, and there's no way to know if the game counts it as one.
