Mario Paint Composer - Touhou 8 - Flight of the Bamboo Cutter ~ Lunatic Princess
65Hello everyone! :D I'm back with one of my most epic Mario Paint Composer song ever!
This time, I remade my favorite Touhou song so far, Flight of the Bamboo Cutter ~ Lunatic Princes, which is Kaguya's theme. I'm not a Touhou fan, but I can't deny those games have extremely good soundtracks. However, I only know a few Touhou songs so it's very difficult to find one who was never made in Mario Paint. I know this one was already remade by a few people, but I wanted to make a different version, with the HardRock soundfont.
Also, it's the first time I use a x8 dickspeed on a 4-time song. I already used this on a 3-time song, for example Like a Wind from Mischief Makers and Arctic Antics form Crash Bandicoot 4, but I usually use a x4 dickspeed for 4-time songs.
This song was very difficult to make. First of all, it contains many sounds I could not identify by ear and is hard to remake, like any Touhou songs. I used all resources I could find for making it. Also, HardRock soundfont has a huge limitation: sometimes, when I overload Mario Paint of sounds, some of them don't play, and this is very problematic, because I want all them to play. However, I can't do anything for that, so that's why there are some "missing" sounds in my song.
In short, this Mario Paint song is one of my craziest ever made.
As I said earlier, I used HardRock 1 soundfont.
