Mario vs Donkey Kong: (GBA) Polterguy Fake Kill Bug (?)
This is an strange and minor glitch, that hasn't been documented yet, and it was found by me.
This glitch can only be done on the 4th boss fight with Donkey Kong on the Spooky House. (Which is the 4th world of the game)
It basically involves throwing an Shy Guy after been previously transformed into a Polteruy, towards another colored Shy Guy upwards below the ground.
For the glitch to work, the Shy Guy must be thrown at the exact height upwards as the other one is doing so, which causes the game to not count as an proper enemy kill (The yellow Shy Guy does not die), but strangely enough it still gives you 100 points for the score counter, despite the enemy still been alive. (Note that the other thrown Shy Guy still falls off as if was defeated)
Normally, any enemy that can be picked up and thrown, is soppoused to die upon been thrown of one of each other, but in this case, the game dosen't realise that, and it makes the enemy act as if wasn't killed at all, esencially it counts as an fake kill.
This also happens if you throw an Shy Guy towards another one, right as DK starts to activate one of the colored switch buttons that turns the other one into an Polterguy.
