So Scream and Anti-Venom are dropping into MSF as a villain symbiote and hero symbiote respectively. While Scream has not been a playable character before in Marvel games, she has shown up in MAA as one of THE MOST annoying symbiotes in the game's history. Her healing, debuffs and bonus against blasters during blaster day was the literal worst.

Anti-Venom on the other hand was playable in MAA, MFF and a few other games. Born from a major change with Eddie Brock after the Venom symbiote was gone, AnVe developed disease curing powers. In MAA, he was an absolute beast with some great debuffs and one huge hitting ability. He was also known for having the game's first unique iteration of "purge" This move would remove all debuffs and buffs and would trigger the damage pop of any debuff that is not designed to be removed easily (like doom). He's also a solid combat character in MFF and brings with him the best healing in the game as a striker.

In MSF, I feel like Scream and AnVe will fight over buffs in a similar manner that Psylocke and SS do. AnVe can flip them but Scream likes to remove or prevent them. If you're fighting a heavy buff team, this is fine. If it's a limited buff team, it's kinda like two hungry people scrapping over the last bean.
