This is one of the easiest way to beat the mission.

First of all, I recommend using only one hero: Ends of The Earth Spider-Man.

You can use Archangel, Future Foundation Dr. Doom or any Health Boost hero but if you don't want to give Dr. Doom a chance for calling his minions, I suggest that you use EOTE Spider-Man. As soon as the battle starts all you will have to do is to attack Dr. Doom until your Energy Bar fills up and then use your Hero Up to finish him.

In the first two stages you can see how do I take advantage of the AI to beat the clones in an easily way. This is very important because you can fight one clone at a time instead of three or four!
