Holiday 2022 marks Marvel's 40th anniversay in gaming, and it all started with Spider-Man on the Atari in 1982. Published by Parker Brothers and developed by Laura Nikolich, this Spider-Man game features spidey attempting to climb a tower and defuse a bomb while trying to evade the Green Goblin. In this video, we'll discuss the history of the game and how it was made, as well as examine it's gameplay and how it holds up today, 40 years later.
