low% runs are generally slower in synchrony bc they made early trapdoors much rarer x-x
this was a super solid run tho, zones 1 and 2 were good, zones 3 and 4 were ok, and zone 5 was decent. nothing amazing but it was enough to get the sub 10! i believe the sync wr can go down as low as sub 9, but i'm more likely to go back to no sync and sub 9 there first :p
