Mass Effect 1 / Legendary Edition / Part 13 / Asteroid X57
We go to the Asgard system in the Exodus cluster to investigate Asteroid X57.
We get a distress call telling us to shut down the fusion torches. We land on the asteroid on the Mako.
We head to an unmarked destination to find a dead body of an engineer.
We head for a transmission tower and repair it. It marks survey stations on our map.
We head to the closest fusion torch. We are fired upon by some towers and we destroy them. We enter the control room and find batarians and varren lording over some dead bodies. We remove them from existence. We disable the torch.
We receive a transmission from Kate Bowman and we have a short conversation.
As we exit we encounter Simon Atwell, the chief engineer on this rock. We talk. He wants us to stop the asteroid. He also wants us to find his missing engineers.
We go to a marked location and find an abandoned pirate music station. Nice music is listened to.
Kate calls us again for a pep talk.
We head to the next survey station. We find a dead engineer.
We go to the next fusion torch. We destroy the towers and go to the perimeter of the minefield. We proceed on foot and disable the mines. We enter the control room and fight more batarians and drones. We disable the torch and Kate calls us again. We talk. They find her. Her brother dies. Yay.
We head to the next fusion torch. We destroy some more towers. We enter the control room and fight even more batarians and varren. We disable the torch and on the way out meet a batarian called Charn. We charm him into leaving his leader behind and go away.
We go to the final survey station. We are attacked by drones. We follow footprints and find the final body.
We head to the main facility. We destroy even more towers. We are greeted by (SURPRISE) more bartarians and drones. We defeat them.
Balak, the batarians' leader, shows himself and we have a conversation with him. He activates bombs for us to defuse. We decide to let him go in order to save the hostages from the bombs.
We have a final conversation with Kate and Simon. Simon offers us a reward and we charm him into giving us his omni tool.

Mass Effect is a legendary grand space opera RPG game that was originally released in November, 2007, and won the hearts of RPG fans everywhere. I fondly remember playing through the first two games multiple times, enjoying myself thoroughly every single time.
The Legendary edition takes all three games and and brings them all under one umbrella and upgrades the graphics and some gameplay systems to bring them closer together to each other. I'm liking what i'm seeing so far.
