Admiral Xen has requested leave to perform additional experiments involving attacks on synthetic intelligences. While the experiments are purely theoretical, the nature of the experiments includes creating suicidal semi-AIs that infect other AIs and then self-terminate, which raises possible legal and ethical concerns.
